Over het bedrijf

Online PV-distributeur in solar hardware, batterijen en laadpalen die het voor installateurs eenvoudig maakt om deel te nemen aan de energietransitie. Van webshop tot logistiek. Uitgegroeid tot de internationale partij binnen de Benelux en de Nordics.

Salaris en aantal uur per week

• Salaris: Tussen de € 2.500,- en € 3.200,- o.b.v. fulltime (afhankelijk van ervaring).
• 32-40 uur per week
• Start: Zo snel mogelijk

Over de functie

Requirements:

• Answering diverse questions from customers via phone, email or chat;
• Contacting customers to confirm delivery dates;
• Performing other necessary tasks for customer support, i.e. order management and modification;
• Accurately processing allocated tickets in the ticket system;
• Identifying any challenges in the process and come up with improvement suggestions;
• Offering customer support regarding the webshop;
• Closely working with other departments to help the customer in the best possible way.
